Sun Prairie Dentist Offers a Warm Welcome
March 23, 2016
Whether you’ve been seeing Sun Prairie Dentist Dr. Robert Ziino for years or are new to his office, you may notice something unusual for a dental office. Visit on a day where there’s a patient having their first visit to Westside Dental of Sun Prairie and the smell of freshly-baked bread welcomes you! The team wanted to find a new way to provide hospitality to patients who are new to the office and let them know their decision to come to Westside Dental is appreciated. They began brainstorming ways to do just that. Donna, an avid baker, thought it’d be nice to welcome new patients with a fresh loaf of bread, similar to the time-honored tradition of baking for someone new to your neighborhood. A welcome-to-the-neighborhood gift is customary and meant to brighten the newcomer’s day and put them at ease.
“We are happy to be able to offer a little something extra to our new patients. I have a very friendly and welcoming staff. Taking the time to bake for people who are just settling into their new surroundings really shows how we’ll look beyond the customary forms and the hassle of changing dentists to focus on the individual. We view our patients as neighbors, friends and partners in a lifetime of dental health and we want to show that we truly appreciate them.” -Dr. Ziino
If you’re new to Sun Prairie, thinking of changing dentists, if something doesn’t feel right, or it’s just been a while since you’ve seen a dentist, Dr. Ziino and his team would love to welcome you to the office. Call 608-837-4636 to schedule your new patient visit today and you’ll feel right at home!
